Privacy Policy

Lumina Numbers (luminanumbers.com) is an independently operated numerology reference site. This policy explains exactly what data is collected when you visit, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and how you can control it.

The short version: the numbers you type into our calculators never leave your device. The only data collected about you is anonymised analytics and, if you consent, data used by Google to serve advertising.

1. Data you give us

• Birth dates and names entered into calculators — processed entirely in your browser by JavaScript. They are never transmitted to our servers, never logged, and never stored. Close the tab and they are gone.
• Messages sent via the contact page — the contact form opens a draft in your own email client; nothing is sent until you press send there. If you email us, we keep that correspondence for up to 24 months so we can follow up, then delete it.
• No accounts — there is no sign-up, no login, and no user database.

2. Data collected automatically

• Analytics — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location at country/city level, device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics 4 (property G-LSCWW3E9XV) with IP anonymisation enabled. The tag runs under Google Consent Mode v2 and sets no cookies and sends no identifiers unless you accept.
• Server and security logs — our host, Cloudflare, processes request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) to deliver pages and block abuse. This is technically necessary and happens for every website you visit.

3. Advertising

Lumina Numbers is funded by advertising. We use Google AdSense, a Google advertising service, to display ads on some pages.

• Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the internet.
• Where required by law, personalised advertising cookies are set only after you have given consent through the consent banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, advertising is limited to non-personalised ads, which still use a cookie for frequency capping and fraud prevention.
• We do not run any other advertising network, pop-unders, or interstitials, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

4. How to control or opt out of ad personalisation

• Manage your Google ad settings at myadcenter.google.com — you can turn off personalised ads for your Google account on every site, not just this one.
• Opt out of third-party vendor cookies at optout.aboutads.info (US) or youronlinechoices.eu (EU).
• Withdraw or change the consent you gave us at any time by clearing site data for luminanumbers.com in your browser settings — the consent banner will reappear on your next visit and you can choose again.
• Block cookies entirely in your browser. Every calculator and article on this site works fully with cookies disabled.

5. Cookies used on this site

• lumina_cookie_consent — first-party, stored in localStorage, records whether you accepted or declined. Kept until you clear it.
• _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics, set only after consent. Google's default retention is 2 years for _ga; our analytics data retention in GA4 is set to 14 months, after which event-level data is deleted automatically.
• Google advertising cookies (for example __gads, __gpi, IDE, test_cookie) — set by Google when ads are served. Lifetimes are controlled by Google and typically range from the browser session up to 13 months (24 months in some regions).

6. Third parties who may receive data

• Google LLC — Analytics, AdSense, and Fonts. Google Privacy Policy · How Google uses data from sites that use its services. A list of the ad-tech vendors Google may work with is published at business.safety.google/adscookies.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and CDN. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

No data is sold, rented, or shared with data brokers. We have no affiliate tracking, no email list, and no retargeting pixels from social platforms.

7. How long data is kept

• Calculator inputs — never stored, so nothing to retain.
• Google Analytics event data — 14 months, then deleted automatically by Google.
• Email correspondence — up to 24 months.
• Cloudflare security logs — retained by Cloudflare under their own policy, typically days, not months.

8. Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK, or another region with comparable law (including CCPA/CPRA in California), you have the right to access the personal data held about you, request its deletion, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Because we keep no user accounts and no numerology inputs, the only data that can exist about you is anonymised analytics and advertising identifiers held by Google — requests concerning those are best made directly to Google through myactivity.google.com. For anything held by us, email turnomega@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Advertising served here is not personalised to users identified as children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

The site is operated from Thailand and served from Cloudflare's global network. Google processes analytics and advertising data on servers that may be located outside your country, under the safeguards described in Google's own privacy policy.

11. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. If we ever add a new advertising or analytics vendor, this page is updated before that vendor goes live.
